Who writes them
You’re not buying a workout library. You’re doing the weeks I did.
My name is Dor. Fifteen years of training, the last eighteen months on a kettlebell, my own bodyweight and my feet. This isn’t a program I dreamed up for strangers — it’s my Tuesday.
I’m a data scientist. I don’t guess for a living and I don’t guess here: I write off a catalogue, so the hard days stay apart and the easy day stays easy.
The routines keep changing, and I keep adding movements as I find them. That’s why it doesn’t go stale in March.
This is for you if
- You train at home and want to stop making it up as you go.
- You've got a kettlebell and not much time.
- You'd rather be handed a plan than spend the evening building one.
- You're bored stiff of the same few exercises.
This is not for you if
- You want one-to-one coaching, or someone checking your form.
- You'd rather pick and choose from a back catalogue than be handed this week.
- You're prepping for a specific competition.
- You already have a program that's working. Keep it.

Questions
01Why pay when there are a thousand free workouts?
Because free ones don't come in an order. You've got forty saved and still don't know what today is. Read a whole week free and decide.
02Can I skip ahead, or get all the old weeks?
No. You start at week one, and the next lands every Sunday. That's the product — if you'd rather have the lot at once, this isn't for you.
03I'm a beginner, or getting back into it. Is this for me?
Yes — week one is built for it. All staples, and the job is getting comfortable with the bell. You set the load and the pace.
04What equipment do I need?
One kettlebell and trainers. No gym, no rack, no machines — a lot of it is bodyweight, and a step covers anything that needs height. A lighter second bell is handy for warm-ups, not required.
05Do I have to run?
Two a week: one short and hard, one long and easy, written as a run or a brisk walk. Running is what I do, so it's what I write.
06I always get bored and quit. Why would this be different?
Because the routine keeps changing. Sessions get re-cut week to week and I keep adding movements as I train them. Curiosity, not discipline, is what gets you off the sofa.
07If the movements change, how do I get stronger?
Same sessions, same order — and the work inside climbs. One bell a session: when a move gets easy, add reps before weight. Week four times three pieces, and next month you come back for them.
08How does the trial work, and can I really cancel?
7 days free. Your card is taken at signup so it can carry on by itself; nothing is charged in those 7 days. Cancelling is two clicks on your account page.
09When does each week arrive, and what if I miss one?
Every Sunday, on your account page. Miss one and nothing breaks — every week you've had stays there.
10Is this personal coaching?
No — it's the written week: the same weeks, in the same order, for everyone, me included. No form-checking, no messaging, no one watching your sets. You're getting my planning, not my attention, and that's exactly why it costs what an hour with a coach costs — for a year.
