Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-07-28
The short version: the trial is genuinely free, you can cancel yourself in two clicks, and if something has gone wrong we would rather hear from you than have you out of pocket.
1. The 7-day free trial
Both subscription plans — monthly and annual — start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel at any point during those seven days and you are never charged; there is nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
Your payment details are collected at signup so the subscription can continue automatically if you do nothing. Cancel from your account page at any point in those seven days and nothing is charged.
The trial is available once per person.
2. How to cancel
Go to your account page and use the cancel option. It is confirmed straight away, needs no explanation, and does not require contacting us or anyone else.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not cut your access short: the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
You can undo it. Any time before that end date, the same page offers to keep your plan, which restores the renewal and costs nothing.
Cancelling does not delete your account — for that, see the Privacy Policy.
3. Changing between monthly and annual
You can switch plan from your account page at any time. Nothing is charged on the day you switch: the unused part of the period you have already paid for is credited against the new plan, so your first payment on it falls due only once that credit runs out. Both figures are shown before you confirm.
A switch is not a refund and does not return money to your card. If a refund is what you want, the sections below cover it.
4. What happens to access after you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 3, you still have the rest of that month.
When the period ends you stop receiving new weeks — but every week that had already been released to you stays in your account, and you can still open and train it. Nothing you were given is taken back.
5. Subscription refunds
We do not automatically refund partial or unused periods after a renewal, because you keep access for the whole of it.
That said, if a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, you forgot it was running, you think you were charged twice — email dor.fitness.training@gmail.comand tell us what happened. We look at these individually and are reasonable about genuine mistakes, particularly if you get in touch soon after the charge and haven't used the period. A duplicate charge we will always put right.
6. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, and that right applies here.
In practice the trial usually settles it before the right matters: nothing is charged for the first seven days, so changing your mind in that window costs you nothing and needs no refund at all.
After that, each payment covers a period of access. Because the weeks released to you are digital content you can open straight away, Paddle.com Market Ltd asks you at checkout to agree that supply begins immediately and to acknowledge that doing so ends the withdrawal right for content you have actually accessed. That is a real consent step — please read it rather than clicking through.
Where you have not opened the content, the right stands in full: withdraw within 14 days and you get your money back. Email dor.fitness.training@gmail.com, or ask Paddle.com Market Ltd directly — they are the seller of record and can action it either way.
None of this limits your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. How refunds are processed
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and processes all payments and refunds. When we approve a refund, they return it to the original payment method. Their processing usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are issued in the original currency. We are not responsible for exchange-rate movement or fees your own bank charges.
8. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first — we can usually resolve it the same day, and a chargeback takes months and gets your account suspended while it runs. We have never refused a reasonable refund request.
9. What we cannot refund for
Training outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund — see the health and results sections of the Terms of Service. We also do not refund accounts closed for breaching those terms, such as redistributing the plans.
- Not liking the exercises chosen for a given week.
- Not having trained during a period you paid for.
- Results differing from your expectations.
If a week genuinely misses what was promised, that is a different matter — tell us and we will make it right.
