Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-14
These terms govern your use of dorfitness.com and the training plans sold through it. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
dorfitness.com is operated by Dor Pinhas, trading as forconn.ai, a sole trader based in Israel. You can reach us at dor.fitness.training@gmail.com.
Payments are not processed by us. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for every transaction: they take the payment, issue the invoice, and handle any sales tax or VAT. This is also the name that appears on your card statement. Their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.
Your card details are entered directly with them and never reach this site.
2. What we provide
A written training program published weekly, delivered as a page on this site. Every subscriber receives the same weeks, in the same order. No plan is written for an individual customer.
This is a digital product, not a coaching or personal training service. It does not include supervision, form assessment, individual programming, correspondence about your training, or any service performed by a person for you specifically.
3. Health, risk, and the limits of this product
This is general fitness information, not medical advice. We are not doctors, physiotherapists, or dietitians, and nothing here is a diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription for your circumstances.
The plans are written from first-hand training experience and independent research. We are not certified or licensed fitness trainers, and nothing on this site should be read as implying otherwise. Nothing in the plans is tailored to you, your history, or your ability.
Consult a qualified medical professional before starting this or any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, over 40 and previously inactive, or living with a heart condition, joint condition, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition.
Resistance training carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for judging whether a given movement or load is appropriate for you, for using equipment safely, for training in a suitable space, and for stopping if something hurts. Skip anything you are unsure about.
If you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, or unusual shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
We make no promise of any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, sleep, nutrition, history, and genetics.
4. Your account
Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep control of the Google account you sign in with — anyone with access to it has access to yours.
One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Plans, prices, and billing
- Monthly — $30 per month. Begins with a 7-day free trial if you have not had one before. Unless cancelled during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription and renews monthly until cancelled.
- Annual — $299 per year. Begins with the same 7-day free trial, on the same condition. Unless cancelled during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription and renews yearly until cancelled.
The free trial is once per customer. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription does not come with another one: your first payment is taken seven days after you subscribe, and your first week arrives on the first scheduled release after it.
Subscriptions release one week at a time, starting from the first week of the program: a further week becomes available each Sunday, and every week already released to you stays in your account permanently — including after you cancel. Cancelling stops new weeks arriving; it does not remove the ones you already have.
The prices above apply to new subscriptions. If you are already subscribed, you keep the price you started on for as long as that subscription runs — a change to our prices does not move you onto a new one.
The prices above are in US dollars. Where your country's currency is shown instead, that is the price for your country rather than a conversion of the dollar figure. Either way, the price you see is the price you pay — any VAT or sales tax is already included in it, and nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice from Paddle.com Market Ltd shows the tax separately.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page, without contacting us; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can reverse it from the same page at any point before then.
You can move between the monthly and annual plans from your account page. Nothing is charged on the day you switch: the unused part of the period you have already paid for is credited against the new plan, and your first payment on it is due only once that credit runs out. The amounts and the date are shown before you confirm. See the Refund Policy for cancellation, switching, and refund terms.
We may change prices. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to your renewal. If you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal date.
6. What you may and may not do with the plans
The plans, text, images, and video are our intellectual property or used under licence. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own training.
You may not:
- Share, resell, republish, or redistribute the plans, including by uploading them anywhere others can access them.
- Share your account credentials or access with anyone else.
- Use the plans to instruct, coach, or program for other people, whether paid or not.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the site.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund of the current period.
7. Availability
We aim to publish a new plan each week and to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and events outside our control can interrupt access.
If we stop publishing new plans entirely, we will give notice by email, stop billing, and let existing subscriptions run to the end of the period already paid for.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and nothing here overrides them.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity; and our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting an active subscription we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, cancel before they apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
